I am the third attendee.

If i were the interviewer, i would be interested in what the first consideration is when you are looking for a job.
Salary, treatment, colleague relation, to be a higher position.....etc?

I found it in Longman Dictionary .
postgraduate:[countable] especially British English
someone who is studying at a university to get a master's degree or a PhD
American Equivalent: graduate student
so I think the academic levels at university generally follows as:
associate degree(大专)----university degree(本科)----bachelor's degree(学士)-----graduate's degree(研究生)------postgraduate degree(总称)细分为master's degree(硕士)----doctor's degree(博士)
All guys!Do you agree with me ?If not ,please talk about your opinions.

Thanks for reference data from you all. It's very helpful.

New Recruit

hihi, this is BenBen speaking.......
I read a conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee yesterday night and I found it was very useful for us. So I would like to share it with you.

1. Interview

Situation:  Raymond will work in a company. His first challenge is to have an interview. The interviewer is the manager of the human resource department Jackie.

Raymond: Good morning sir. My name is Raymond. I feel honored to have the opportunity to interview here.
Jackie: Good morning Raymond. Nice to meet you. I am Jackie. You can call me Jack for short. Please make a brief introduction of yourself.
Raymond: OK. I just graduated last month and got my bachelor degree. I majored in business management. My native language is Chinese and I have a good command of English. I can also speak a little French, which I learned in France last summer vacation. I personally think I am a confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, responsible and self-motivated person with a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork.
Jackie: OK. Would you please tell me which of these personality characteristics do you think is the most important for this position?
Raymond: I think confidence is the most important.
Jackie: I agree with you. What kind of work experience do you have?
Raymond: I worked as an intern for a small newspaper. My primary responsibilities were to sell newspaper advertisements to business.
Jackie: Do you have any questions about our company?
Raymond: Could you please tell me something about the job responsibilities?
Jackie: Of course. As a salesman for our company, you are supposed to find new customers and follow up on our existing customers.
Raymond: Oh, I see. So I would have the opportunity to generate my own sales leads.
Jackie: Certainly. By the way, our office hours are nine to five, Monday through Friday. I will call you in a week if you got a job.
Raymond: OK. Thank you.

Below is my last question that I don't understand.please help me ,dear schoolmate.
" An example would be working too far ahead of colleagues on a project and thus throwing coordination off. ''

"Are you willing to put the interests of the organization ahead of your own?"
I think in this sentence interests means advantages,in Chinese that'd be "你会愿意将公司的利益放在你自己的利益前面吗?"公司大于一切,of course say yes .

"Do you have strong feelings that the job gets done?"I am unsure about that I am sorry.Waiting others opinions.

Otherwise ,"Minor objections will label you as a winner. " "You were laid off in a reduction Company did not win a contract, which would have given you more responsibility. "these two sentences I've forgotten to take down the Chinese meaning in 11th. Someone who can do a favor
for me please? With a heartfelt thanks.

Thanks! You're a hardwork student!!:loveliness:

I wrote down the chinese meaning of this sentence  "You were laid off in a reduction Company did not win a contract, which would have given you more responsibility. " in the file "Job interview questions-Theresa-070812.rar (18.35 KB)
"which I sent above.

"Minor objections will label you as a winner. " I think the chinese meaning may be: 减少反对会令被视为成功者而录用。
