Optical Coater
This equipment is specially-designed machine with its vacuum chamber made of stainless steel, for coating various multi-layers transparent or opaque films, reflected films, iridescent films on resin spectacles, lens, accurate parts on lab instruments or other materials for the purpose of industrial or decorative objectives. It is extensively used in many fields such as in optical, electronic, decorative industries and in research institute or film research and application fields.
Equipped with super crucible, E-beam gun, E-beam source, thermal evaporation source, film thickness monitoring system with or without controller, PLC  programmable control system and powerful ion glow discharger, coupled with effective vacuum group system and efficient cryo trap, poly-cold, etc., it can realize coating speed and process under auto control with advantages of high uniformity of films with good quality.
This machine laid out with PLC programmable control system, equipped with turbo pump, auto pressure controller and mass flow controller as per customer’s requirements, can realize sophisticated coating for precise purposes.
