I came across a HK TV program today and was so touched by a comment made by the host of that program.
He said , if we were given an opportunity to lobby the countries who spend moneys only on millitary matters , we should ask those contries to spend at least 5% of their millitary budget on supporting young generation in spending ratively long time in different contries to understand different values and cultures of different civilizations . Warfare is a result of lack of understanding about different civilizations that exit in different part of world . By implementing the above strategy , we believe there would no longer be needs of wars but more respects and loves toward each other .
I feel this is a very likely idea that could possibly piece the torn world together someday.
Its so true that people fight with each other  because they lack effective communications. Often , people talk too much about their differences and forget that actually they have more things in common .The current world is in a desperate need of a big wisdom beyond culures and races  to bring the whole world together rather than split it .
I guess thats why they say that Bush will go down as the world's worst president in the American history  because he should have never announced the war in the first place.

Sometimes people start to fight not only because they need more communication but also because they have been brainwashed.

Originally why Jews wanted to kick all the Arabs away?

Simply because they have different religions and their churches teach them sth which makes the other one a worse ethnic group.

Bush only goes there for oil and make his mates in the parliament happy!

Therefore, even there is enough communication, wars can still happen....
